OVERVIEW

The DPX Smart Building Monitor offers continuous monitoring of air, light and noise in occupied indoor environments (corporate office buildings, hotels, conference centers, hospitals and more). 

The DPX helps to optomise ventilation, reduce stuffiness, improve air quality, detect polutants, particulates and VOCs, and monitor temperate, humidity and light, for healthier, more comfortable indoor environments.

Monitoring these factors can help with overall improvement in indoor spaces, ultimately leading to healthier occupants or employees. 

CO2 & VENTILATION

High CO2 levels and poor venitlation causes drowsiness, impaired decision-making and reduced concentraiton.

PARTICULATES

Particulate matter can trigger respiratory irritation, asthma exacerbations and infections.

VOCs & POLUTANTS

VOCs and polutants can cause headaches, eye/nose/throat irritaion, long-term neurological and respiratory effects.

TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY

Too high or low temperatures causes discomfort. Too high humidity encouages mold growth, reducing wellbeing. Too low humidity increases infection risk. 

LIGHTING

Poor/inadequate lighting can cause eye-strain, fatigue, and circadian disruption, which lowers alertness, accuracy an mood.

NOISE

Excessive noise increases stress, interupts concentration, raises error rates when working, Chronic exposure elevates cardiovascular and hearing impairment risks.
