D52 Dust Particulate Matter Monitor
ENSURE EMPLOYEE & ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
The D52 can be implemented to activate an automated ventilation or dust suppression system — preventing exposure to unhealthy dust levels. With laser sensing technology, the D52 offers accurate dust particulate matter monitoring of particles below 10 micro-metres.
REAL-TIME DATA MEASUREMENTS
- Easy to read data readings and range limits display on an LCD-display: Time-weighted average (TWA) and particulate matter measured for 1μm, 2.5μm, and 10μm.
CONFIGURABLE WIRED/WIRELESS DATA REPORTING
- SCADA Software Enabled including particulate matter readings per field unit and dust size grouping
- Site-specific and remote connection options
- Reliable data transfer via wired or wireless options:
- Wired: RS485 (Modbus-RTU)
- Wireless: IoT Network, Private 5G, GSM
- Configurable to activate automated ventilation and dust suppression systems
- Response time: <60 seconds
EASY INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
- Self-cleaning: auto-blast cleaning to clear measurement chamber
- No pumps, filters, or user-serviceable parts
- Easy mobile or fixed installation
- No on-site sensor calibration needed
RELIABLE, ROBUST & USER FRIENDLY
- Detection limits: (PM10) 0.01 to 1000mg/m3
- Sensor range: 0.30μm to 10μm
- Operating temperatures: -20°C to 50°C
